His work covers insight generation and market research, segmentation, opportunity sizing, brand analytics, marketing mix modelling, and go-to-market roadmaps. He has delivered board-ready cases and award-winning projects, working with iconic brands like HSBC, LEGO, and Unilever. At Lift-Off Consulting, he partners with agencies and in-house teams to move from idea to model to decision. Based in London, he supports clients across the UK and Europe.

Igor Klimchenkov is the CTO of Lift-Off Consulting. He brings over 10 years of experience in software development and data systems. At Sberbank, he led the design and delivery of more than 50 enterprise analytics platforms and built a team of 19 engineers to support large-scale clients. He has overseen the launch of 25 web applications for major universities and enterprises, and delivered CRM systems for organisations with 300+ staff. Formerly a Product Owner at SberAnalytica, he scaled a data platform team from 2 to 19 and grew revenues sixfold. Igor's expertise spans Python, data engineering, BI, and AI automation, with a focus on solutions tied to measurable business outcomes.
