Defining a skill
A skill is a structured playbook the model follows: the method, the quality bars, and the reference material travel with it. You drop the folder into Claude Code or Claude Desktop and the output stops depending on what the model happens to remember. It replaces the long prompt you would otherwise paste in each time.

Foundation
- product-marketing - interviews you (or drafts from your repo or site) to capture product, audience, ICP, competitors, and voice in one context file every other skill reads.
- customer-research - analyses the assets you have (transcripts, surveys, tickets) or mines online watering holes; returns clustered themes with the quotes to back them.
Strategy & positioning
- positioning-pipeline - the orchestrator we demoed live at Cambridge: market, ICP, competitor teardown, macro forces, SEO demand, then scored positioning angles and hero copy. It will only write a headline once it can name the ICP, the competitor it beats, and the demand it captures.
- marketing-psychology - applies behavioural-science models (JTBD, anchoring, loss aversion, social proof) to a marketing problem and shows which ones fit yours.
- pricing - pricing, packaging, tiering, and willingness-to-pay analysis with the reasoning and the tests to run.
- competitor-profiling - takes competitor URLs and builds structured, comparable dossiers grounded in facts, with inferences labelled.
- b2b-market-segmentation - derives the axes an industry cuts itself by, sizes each cell, scores Target / Watch / Ignore, and ships an interactive dashboard.
Create & convert
- copywriting - writes and rewrites page copy grounded in the product-marketing context.
- cro - a conversion teardown across seven weighted dimensions, returning prioritised quick wins and test ideas.
- signup - diagnoses signup, registration, and trial-activation friction.
- ad-creative - generates and iterates ad copy at scale for any paid platform.
- image - plans, generates, and optimises marketing images across the current generation tools, with platform specs.
Demand & outbound
- prospecting - finds, qualifies, and builds prospect lists against your ICP.
- cold-email - B2B cold emails and follow-up sequences built to get replies.
- emails - lifecycle, drip, nurture, and onboarding sequences for the warm side of the list.
- launch - plans a product or feature launch end to end, from waitlist to go-to-market.
- sales-enablement - pitch decks, one-pagers, objection handling, demo scripts, battle cards.
Voice & amplification
- humanizer - strips AI tells, removes formulaic constructions, and matches a specified human voice. Every piece on this site passes through it.
- topic-galaxy - turns a subject into an interactive opportunity map: search demand, adjacencies, and an opportunity score per topic.
- seo-pipeline - keyword research, article optimisation, competitor gap analysis, and performance monitoring, as a template you tune to one site.
- campaign - generates multi-platform campaign assets from a single brief.
